He was formerly the tax partner in charge of the South Florida tax practice of Price Waterhouse and a regional tax partner with BDO Seidman. Ed has served many diverse client groups but has specialized in working with high net worth individuals that have operating businesses. His special areas of taxation are pass-through entities and estate planning.
