Warren is a Principal with Templeton & Company. He brings many years of experience consulting mid-market enterprises and their stakeholders through strategic advisory services and merger, acquisition and divestment transaction management. Prior to joining Templeton, Warren served as Chief Financial Officer with Hospice of Palm Beach County where he also served on its Board of Directors. He is a founding member of the M&A investment baking firm, Brisbane Capital. He was formerly with Coopers & Lybrand as Managing Partner of its West Palm Beach, Fla., office.

Warren speaks to professional accounting societies and business groups on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and creating shareholder value. He has also served as a director and adviser for a variety of public company boards.
