West Palm Beach, Fla., - February 2, 2010 – Warren W. Blanchard, Jr., CPA, joins Templeton & Company, LLP, as a Principal. He brings more than 30 years of experience consulting mid-market enterprises and their stakeholders through strategic advisory services and merger, acquisition, and divestment transaction management.
Prior to joining Templeton, Mr. Blanchard served as Chief Financial Officer of Hospice of Palm Beach County where he had also served on its Board of Directors. He is a founding member of investment banking firm, Brisbane Capital, as well as merger and acquisition firm, SunCoast Capital Corporation. He was formerly with Coopers & Lybrand as a Managing Partner in West Palm Beach, Fla. and a Partner in the firm’s Miami and Tampa, Fla., offices.
